Shaynel Roberts is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who takes a collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented approach to therapy.

As appropriate, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
