Caren Chopak Olaine

Caren Chopak Olaine is a highly experienced therapist with a gentle spirit who clients find exceptionally warm and supportive.

In addition to her work with clients with anxiety and mood disorders, Caren has intensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Regardless of the presenting issue, Caren’s approach is to include each client as a fully supported partner in the therapeutic process. She works with clients to discover and develop strengths that are useful in creating self-support.

Caren has also worked as a Social Work field instructor, helping Social Work students develop their clinical skills.
