Stephen Ricco

Stephen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Counselor with over 13 years of personal recovery. He brings deep personal commitment and compassion to his work with men and women, ages 16–65.

Stephen uses evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and Socratic Inquiry to address substance use, communication difficulties, relationship concerns and adolescent challenges.

He specializes in couples work helping partners build emotional safety and healthy dialogue, in addition to supporting teens through development struggles.
