How We Treat

We practice client-centered care, a collaborative approach that puts your specific needs, values, goals and preferences at the heart of the therapy process. As no two clients are the same, with your help, your therapist will develop a treatment plan that’s specific to you.

Every Therapy At Night® clinician has their own style and approach to care. However, all share unwavering commitment to treating clients respectfully and with unconditional positive regard. We value authenticity and transparency in our therapeutic relationships.

Steady, professional support from a Therapy at Night® clinician can help you:

Gain stability
and direction

Strengthen resilience
and create
lasting change

Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities

If a particular kind of treatment is of interest to you, be sure to let us know as you enter your preferences, or ask a  care coordinator which clinicians are trained in that approach.

Hear from our clients

Meeting with my therapist at 6 am when I am rested is by far more productive than the lunch-time sessions I was squeezing in at work…

Somehow the night sessions give me more space to open up. I’m relaxed and it’s just been easier to get right to it.

I love my therapist here, not just because she’s available when I am, but I love that too!
